Experience: At least 3 years of experience leading/managing user interface design teams, with the ability to inspire, lead, challenge and motivate a creative team. Candidate will have at least 8 years total interaction design experience including in-depth knowledge of user interface design principles, human factors, user-centered design processes, interaction design guidelines, usability methodologies, industry standards and trends, platform standards, software development processes, and prototype design.
